Pre-writing
To prepare for this essay, you will do a series of pre-writing activities.
* The purpose of this it to take you through the writing process and give you feedback (especially the outline)
* Write down the name of the source and the link. You can choose to add notes as well. This is a good idea but it is not mandatory.
* 3 popular sources (website, magazine, newspaper, podcast, YouTube, etc.) that are reliable.
* 3 academic sources (journal article, eBook, book)
* You will not stop at 6 sources, but this is a good start. I expect 8-20 sources for your essay, at least 6 journal articles / books / PDF reports
* Headings, formatting, citations, and referencing (IEEE)
