How many versions of the systems available on the market?

Instructions: Throughout the semester, students are required to work in teams (maximum: 5 people) to complete a group project on system evaluation in the hospitality field (e.g. hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, conventions, etc.). The group project should cover, at the minimum, the following questions or steps:
1. Which company does the system come form? Which companies are adopting the system?
2. What does the system do (the basic functions of the system)? How many versions of the systems available on the market?
3. Use SWOT analysis method to analyze the selected system. The detailed SWOT analysis technique is explained in the following section.
4. Report any user experience with the system. You can either survey users of the system or report your own user experience.
5. What are the competing systems on the market? What are the core advantages and disadvantages of the system compared with the competitors?
6. What recommendations can you make for further improvement of the system?
