Term Project: You have been asked to plan and host a half day sports clinic for the Monroe College, D1 and D2 men’s volleyball and basketball teams. The clinic should take place in January of 2023. The clinic can be held at the MAC. There is no budget for this project, as you will utilize Monroe College resources.
Prepare a Word document that includes the following:
Cover sheet–items below should be separated by Section Headers that clearly identify the sections
The project objective (including the scope statement).
The project purpose (the business reason)
Scope statement
WBS (a hierarchical WBS–your scope statement will guide the WBS..
List all of the tasks using MS Excel. Your task list should include the task name, task ID, task duration, and predecessor.
Draw the network diagram, calculating early start and early finish; late start and late finish; slack; identify the critical path.
The project may begin today, day 0 and must be completed within 75 days.
You are to draw the WBS and the network diagram. You may not use software to draw either of these diagrams.
You will be graded on content, format, grammar, appropriate business language, and following directions
