Write your Literature Review on five scholarly peer-reviewed sources related to your selected argument issue, and see the required Argument prompt below for additional information. Include at least one scholarly peer-reviewed article source, such as an article generated by a FSU library database Links to an external site.in a “Scholarly (Peer-Reviewed)” search, and at least one secondary scholarly peer-reviewed book source, such as a book published by a university press from the FSU LibraryLinks to an external site.. Write your Argument in response to the required prompt, and consult relevant sections of our textbook for sample evaluations: “At the end of her essay, Dzubay observes that ‘[w]hen people live in community, it is their duty to think not only of what is best for them and their closes kin, but also of the greater good.’ Identify an issue that people have very strong and opposing views on in health care, criminal justice, politics, education, the workforce, or some other area. Research the issue, pick a side, and then write an ARGUMENT for that side based on the idea that one must think of the greater good”; support your argument with the five sources from your literature review, and include your five required sources in your works cited page on page 9 or later (#5 on 831). Write your Literature Review, Argument, and Works Cited in MLA format, and include the following in the Part II Submission:
at the beginning of the Literature Review and Argument, include the “Name, course, title” information and an informative title–please see page 605 for additional information on MLA format;
in the Literature Review and Argument, paraphrase, summarize, or quote your required 5 secondary scholarly sources, including at least one article source and at least one book source–please see pages 567-74 for sample in-text citations in MLA format;
after your Literature Review and Argument, include one required works cited page on page 9 or later with the required 5 sources; please see page 613 for a sample Works Cited in MLA format, and see page 574-605 for a list of Works Cited types and the relevant pages for additional information.
