The interview assignment requires you to interview someone who is different than you in terms of, for example, age, ethnicity, marital status, or education. You need to establish an interview concept you would like answered and then try and find someone who can answer that question. If you are interested in child-rearing practices it probably would not be particularly helpful to interview someone with no
4children or someone who actually is a child (unless, of course, you are trying to find out a young person’s perspective; although I typically do not recommend interviewing children because they tend to “blow with the wind” and don’t really have well-established opinions about many of the things you might be asking them about). The interview presentation will be submitted in the discussion forum. The interview analysis should be about 2000 words and must be typed. (You will need a works cited page.)
