This assignment will be a review of literature dealing with planning in organizations generally, and planning for distance education, specifically. 
A reference page should be included, and citations should be used where appropriate.
Here are some assignment specifications and suggestions:
Double-spaced, in 12 point Times New Roman font, and in .doc or docx file type. 
The phrases “the writer” or “the author” are not suggested. For the most part it’s best to avoid personal pronouns (e.g. “I” or “me”) in an academic paper. 
No quotations. 
Avoid lists and bullets.
It’s helpful to describe your thoughts on the topic but don’t rant or bash the ideas presented; this is unprofessional. Eliminate expressions that are flattering, disparaging, vague, or clichéd.
Use appropriate headings/subheadings to organize your paper. Be sure to include “Introduction” and “Conclusions” headings.
Use APA style for citations and the reference list.
