The first term essay will be a close reading of a poetry text studied in class. It requires:
· 4 (full pages)-5 pages
· Format: 12-point font, Times New Roman style, double spaced, 1 inch margins.
· In-text citations using MLA style.
· Integration of quotations from multiple sources: primary and secondary
· *TWO scholarly articles (generated by student research)
· A works cited page using MLA sourcing
· In this order and only on first page, top left header (single spaced, 12 pt font): Full Name, Student ID number, Dr. Cruikshank, Course # and letter, Date. *Please single space this. Do not include a title page in your essay.
· A signed academic integrity sheet.
· Word document of essay should be submitted
