During your observation hours, you need to observe the overall classroom management and guidance of the children in the program. Observe the teacher’s interaction with students and the management practices utilized to maintain a well-organized learning environment. 
Summary – A brief Summary of classroom management and guidance techniques used in the classroom for each observation visit is required. The Summary of your observations may include details about what was occurring in the classroom and/or specific interactions with and/or between children. Each summary must be at least one (1) paragraph and a minimum of 100 words. 
Reflection – A brief Reflection on each Summary is required. Each reflection must be at least one (1) paragraph and a minimum of 100 words.
