How does leadership style influence the work that leaders do? How does it affect the decisions they make and the ethics of their decision making?

For your first peer response post, choose a peer who analyzed a different leadership style than you. Select someone whose post that has not yet received a response. Then, outline a challenging conflict that the leader may encounter involving personnel.
For your second peer response, reply to one peer who responded to your initial post, and explain how you would handle the situation using the chosen leadership style and conflict management strategies. What are the strengths of this style, and what challenges might you encounter in this situation? How might you need to incorporate management techniques into the leadership style in the situation?
