For today’s discussion, I’d like us to try and apply the ideas from Martin Buber’s work I and Thou to the Epic of Gilgamesh. Martin Buber describes two basic relationships that govern human life, an I-It relationship that relates humans to things, and an I-You relation that relates humans to other living beings. Please answer the following questions, providing specific examples from the readings. 
Apply Buber’s ideas to moments in Gilgamesh. Are there moments when Gilgamesh or another figure speaks the:
