Field Project 1: Human Resource NC Legislation and District Policy: A review of the
following aspects of Human Resource legal data and how your district addresses specific
areas should include a description of NC law and local policy surrounding the following:
(1) teacher, administrator and support staff licensure; (2) teacher, administrator and support
staff evaluation; (3) teacher, administrator and support staff contracts; and (4) any specific
district data relevant to recruitment and retention. Each data set should include a brief analysis and the full data should have an overall summary of this data project.
