I am taking a doctoral class that has asked me to do a slide show explaining how to do proper upper body lifts for a work out. I am a strength and conditioing teacher at a high school. I need the slides to demonstrate 4 diffderent upper body lifts with Audio. The audion should read whats on the text as well as explain the different workouts on each slide.
