Read your assigned case study for this module’s discussion (click HERE). After reading the assigned case study, address the following five elements in your alternative format discussion post.
1. Brief summary of the problem
o What was the organization?
o What was the issue?
2. Explanation of the method used to diagnose and address the problem
o How did the key players collect data? What data did they collect?
o What solution or intervention did they implement?
3. Description of results and lessons learned
o What were the results of the intervention and case?
o What were the lessons learned?
4. What did you learn from this case study?
5. What can you gather from this case study that will help with your Human Performance Improvement Project?
