I have written a introduction, but I am not too sure about it here it is: ( and you can change it if it needs to be) Where people are from, what they speak, affects everything about them. Immigrants come from all over to America, which is foreign to them. They hope for a better life, they hope for success. But in the beginning it feels like being stranded in the middle of the ocean. Even though there is so much to explore, like the ocean there are harsh waves and storms you have to overcome in order for you to get to where you want to be. “The Money” and “Mother Tongue” are different as they have individual lessons, but both are about living in multilingual homes in a foreign place called America.
