Emily’s post:
For my feasibility report I think I will focus on the primary problem of the lack of capital and cash flow in businesses that are ether losing profit, or losing employees and the shortage of communal amenities (this is might change later, but just a topic of interest). For this topic, the primary audience that will be targeted would be the management crew of the corporation, since that level of interference wold be able to map out the lack of capital and how the cash is flowed in the company (other than the management crew, I would also bring forth the target to the owner of the company, and have them take a stance at the corporations total cash flow.
I hope that will my report it can help the companies in distributing how the cash is maintained and how each bill of cash is released or having cash being brought into the corporation, as it would also help (possibly) raise the salaries of the employees who are being stuck on a term of not having their wages raised, due to the lack of cash flow in the businesses. I think the basic structure of my report would follow chronological sequence in how the problem is being rooted and how it has grew and developed overtime, from a root with can be plucked out soon turns into a huge tree stem that would not be able to get pulled out (this is where I would emphasize the problem).
For this feasibility report, the resources that I would need to gather would be the cash flow in and cash flow out reports or statistics as this would help strengthen the platform when distributing the equal amount of money that is put into each department and exactly how much the company has used for the workers and the types of amenities that is provided with the cash in flow.
Johnathan’s post:
For this essay, there are a handful of ideas that came into my head when with issues that are common in the business field. Especially with today’s technology expanding at a pace that no person has ever thought of. I believe that security should be talked about and how it should be overlooked 24/7. Over the past decade or so, there have been huge companies that have had data breaches and it has cost the company a handful of things. People not using their service anymore due to the fact that their personal information can be leaked to the world, using other people’s information for personal gains, and so much more. Security has upgraded over the years but it certainly has a lot of potential with the fact that technology is becoming the future.
One more topic that I had in mind is making sure that communication in the business field is a huge priority. Communication is a way to make sure that everyone in the company is on the same page making sure that everyone is on the same page making sure that work is getting done properly. Learning how to communicate properly and in a timely manner is a skill that everyone should learn how to master in order to make sure that everyone can get the assistance they need if that is needed or getting answering a simple question that could help someone in the long run. The smallest communications that go through business every day can make or break a business be successful.
