The reflection paper is an opportunity. Many famous leaders reflect. It is a chance to look back, look at now, and look forward to life and what is happening in and around it. This paper is set up for you to look back on when you started this course and where you are now and reflect. Many things can be going on around us professionally and personally. This is that opportunity to reflect and start the habit of reflecting to release and review. It is also a chance to communicate privately with me about what’s “going on.” I am excited to read what you have to say.
