Students will list 5 core values that resonate as they build an awareness of diversity, equity, and social justice into the work that they do as an integral members of police services.
Students will assess and document 5 educational needs in order to effectively continue to do social justice and equity work within police services. These might include training on a particular aspect of diversity (LGBTQ communities or working with racialized communities to rebuild and sustain trust, or developing a strong understanding of employment equity within policing)
