The focus of this research is to critically examine workforce attachment programs and the tokenisation that occurs. This research will draw from relevant literature and the deep learnings coming out of the Nova Scotia Diversity & Inclusion program. This research will clearly name and identify what is working and what does not work within targeted workforce interventions, with a focus on presenting recommendations to support better practice.
The Literature Review must provide a brief but critical summary of the relevant research literature. The literature review must show your understanding of the study.
