Each student will create and upload a video recorded 15-20 minute presentation (using Screencast O Matic, YouTube, PowerPoint, or other video software that is compatible with Canvas) based on a recent (within 5 years) peer reviewed article that aligns with one of the assigned chapters (2 through 11) from the Northouse text, Leadership Theory and Practice (e.g. transformational leadership, authentic leadership, ethical leadership).
The following components are to be included in the video presentation:
a brief overview of the main concepts/points of the article
a thorough explanation of how the article aligns/integrates with the assigned book chapter
two thought-provoking questions and responses based on your chosen topic and article
Note: The presentation should not be a summary of the reading from the Northouse book, but should critically explain how the text information integrates with the peer-reviewed article.
