This opportunity will help you understand the diverse perspectives of experts and equip you to propose your own opinion later in your Persuasive Essay Assignment.
In 800-1,000 words, write a comparative critical analysis essay that accurately summarizes and analyzes how the two sources use rhetorical strategies (logos, pathos, ethos) to achieve their goal or purpose. Answer the following question:
Which of the two texts is more convincing, and why? While you analyze and explain why one author’s rhetorical strategies is effective, also analyze and explain why the other author’s use of rhetorical strategies is ineffective or less effective.
Your goal is to persuade your audience to agree with your analysis and evaluation.
