The paper will include the following components:
-definition of the population (identification, evaluation, and assessment),
-ethical issues
-prevalence among at-risk population
-evidence base for identified treatment model
-All papers should be formatted via APA guidelines and reflect assigned readings and relevant research literature.
-You must utilize at least five (5) evidence based literature references.

( i.e., specific age groups and/or specific populations such as (pregnant mothers, veterans, medical professionals, athletes, Native Americans, people living with HIV, homeless or transient clients, LGBTQIA2S+ and so on). Why have you chosen this specific population? Why does this population need specific consideration? i.e. What makes them more vulnerable or susceptible to substance misuse? 10 points

And/or you can discuss how existing programs can be updated or improved upon to increase effectiveness.) Be specific with your approach such as specific techniques that may be implemented, theories and frameworks that this approach is founded upon, supplementary services, length of sessions, estimated length of treatment, setting of treatment and cost associated with treatment. 20 points
