Imagine you are your internship site supervison and write your intern (yourself) a stellar letter of recommendation AT THE END of the internship (after intern you has had plenty of time to make your mark) for another great opportunity. Be sure to incorporate the elements you’ve reviewed from the letter of recommendation resources. Be sure to:
Use the name, title, perspective of your site supervisor
Follow the general structure of a traditional LoR as outlined by the resources
Referring back to step 2, Include 3-5 qualities and examples of why you were an invaluable intern (more than is usually included in an LoR but good for the purposes of this exercise)
Writing this will give you a unique perspective on how LoRs are crafted, so be thorough and have fun with this!
