Your final exam is a reflective essay, wherein you will analyze your work in this class. I will be looking for discussion of the components of an argument, the Toulmin model, MLA citation, CRAAP analysis, and purpose. Your final exam must be a minimum of 2 pages submitted in MLA format. Points will be deducted for not following proper formatting. Respond to the questions below as a beginning, but please examine your work closely.
Choose two pieces of your college writing, and examine them closely. Are they examples of strong academic writing? How do they use the key features that this course identifies as characteristic of academic arguments? How do they use and document sources? What kind of tone do you establish in each? What might you change about these pieces of writing, and why?
